the hotel is in a great location, very central.
The room i received felt quite outdated. the bathroom had issues (i could not use the bath as the tap and drain were broken). street noise was quite noticeable. It made sleeping difficult even with the windows closed.

the location was amazing. i could walk to many places from there. the staff was also very helpful with directions and suggestions. i booked a double room and it was clean. the free wifi was reliable, which i needed for work.
the bathroom mirror had a small crack on the corner.

The hotel boasts an awesome location right in the heart of town. shops and restaurants are very close and the metro is easily accessible. i was able to rent an umbrella instead of buying one. This was very helpful!
I noticed tape on the ceiling in the suite. It was there to cover a leak. there was a large gush of water leaking from the ceiling after heavy rain above the bed.

the double bed in the triple room was on a mezzanine, with a single bed below. this is a great use of space. the beds felt very comfortable.

I found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. the hotel provided coffee capsules and two bottles of water. This was appreciated.

this hotel is in the centre. it is near to the main train station. this makes it easy to get around. plenty of shops and restaurants are close.

I found the location convenient, near major attractions. The free coffee cups refill each day Was a nice touch. The room cleaning was thorough, returning everything to its place. There Were two pillows per person on the HUGE kingsize bed.
The air conditioning system was poor, resulting in A VERY warm room.
